Bigfish. That was me from the corvette forum.I joined up.Looks like a good place to me.I'm also on nastyz28.com(second gen board)because I also have a restored 71Z/28.Hugger orange/white stripes. And I drive the crap out of that also and still bring in Trophys at shows.I've shown my 82CE but people still seem to think it's too new to be an old car so It don't get quite the attention that the Z gets.Vette people get it though. There was only one 82CE in town until I got mine. The other one is owned by a black man that is a baby doctor. He drives it a lot and keeps it looking good.He has over 1000,000 miles on it but you would nver know it.

Ben, I saw your post. It might be a little abrasive considering it is your 1 and only post on that forum. There are some very good people there and not very many politically incorrect posts. At least not in the C3 section.

well I read there alot.. and there is alot of OT..

I plan on spending a lot of time here. You all seem very well, may I say adult like??Just for the he## of it I used to go to sites like say maybe a 3rd gen camaro site and all it is,is a bunch of punk kids with their first car and theirs is the fastest with the biggest speakers and all the bad mouthing and language.Just stupid crap. Most of the 3rd gen cars can't get out of their own way but to hear them tell it they all do 9 second quarters on street tires.Too funny and to sorry.Oh I never posted just got a few giggles.I have been into muscle cars since they were new(Ya I'm that old)but I don't remember any of us being that way.Sizzle, sizzle whatever |laugh| |laugh|

Many of my students are that way. ( I teach auto repair at a tech college ) But they have learned not to get carried away around me. I embarass them in front of the class. Once they are over that, we do just fine.

But your right. This is one classy bunch of guys.

Welcome to the Shark Pond.

well you should fit right in.. there was a thread a while back that asked everyone their age.. the demographics here are atypical for an internet forum....

at 30 im one of the youngest regulars here.. we do have a few "kids" but they are well behaved |laugh| |laugh|

I visit here and corvette forum just about every day. There's good
folks on both of them. Some I think are the same people only with
different names I do like the maturity on these sites also.
