I'll bet that is a display/parade car for a towing service. I've seen some really weird "tow-trucks" that are made for this.

.........I agree, let's slapp 'em! Reminds me of a crazy project from "Monster Garage." I had to turn the TV off one day cuz they turned a nice white C3 into a 4 wheeler....I couldn't watch all that!!!   Shame on you, Jessie James!!
