Young Chuck, moved to Texas and bought a donkey from a farmer for $100.00. The farmer agreed to deliver the donkey the next day. The next day he drove up and said, 'Sorry son, but I have some bad news, the donkey died.'

Chuck replied, 'Well, then, just give me my money back.'

The farmer said, 'Can't do that. I went and spent it already.'

Chuck said, 'Ok, then, just bring me the dead donkey.'

The farmer asked, 'What ya gonna do with him?

Chuck said, 'I'm going to raffle him off.'

The farmer said, 'You can't raffle off a dead donkey!'

Chuck said, 'Sure I can. Watch me. I just won't tell anybody he's dead.'

A month later, the farmer met up with Chuck and asked, 'What happened with that dead donkey?'

Chuck said, 'I raffled him off. I sold 500 tickets at two dollars a piece and made a profit of $898.00.'

The farmer said, 'Didn't anyone complain?'

Chuck said, 'Just the guy who won. So I gave him his two dollars back.'

Chuck grew up and works for the government.

Don't fret buddy, we all know there are exceptions to every rule and Vette guys are certainly far above the norm. heck, I worked for the U.S.Postal Service for 17 yrs. and managed to escape with a particle of sanity Confused Wacko Wink.

After today (Spend all day getting a renewal for my ID card) I think it is a lot of trouble just to function within the walls of this joint.

Insanity does run in the family so I will be ok.

Not a donkey but it's a good one.

An indian walks into a cafe with a shotgun in one hand pulling a male buffalo with the other. He say's to the waiter: 'want coffee.'

The waiter say's, 'sure cheif. Coming right up.' he get's the indian a tall mug of coffee.

The indian drinks down the coffee in one big gulp, turns and blasts the buffalo with the shotgun, causing parts of the buffalo to splatter all over the cafe and then just walks out.

The next morning the indian returns,He has his shotgun in one hand and pulling another male buffalo with the other. He walks up to the counter and says to the waiter 'want coffee.' The waiter says 'Whoa, Tonto! We're still cleaning up from the mess you made yesterday. What the heck was that all about anyway?'

The indian smiles and proudly says. 'Training for position in United States Congress: Come in, drink coffee, shoot the bull, leave mess for others to clean up, disappear for rest of day.'
