On they page where you are "editing", you should see a button for "signature_preview". That will show you if it works or not.
I'm not sure, but you may need to re-name the file. The "Big-n-Bad" may not be recognized in 'puter terms. You might try to re-name it "Big_n_Bad". You'll need to rename the original pic, tho, and reload it.
Someone else can confirm or deny this, but I believe this may be the problem with your pic.

I WISH that was my garage. Actually, it's a pic from the dealer in Arizona that I bought it from on ebay. Had it shipped here to Joisey. Sometimes I just stand in my garage and look at it. Can't believe it's mine (or that my wife let me buy it!)
