I didn't want to get started with this BS. They should be protesting in their own country against their corrupt Government. They want the benefits of being Americans, make them serve 4 years in the military first. If they haven't learned how to speak English by then, make them serve another 2 years ! They must have an Honorable discharge and work for a couple of more years without having any legal problems. Then and only then can they be considered for citizenship.

Protesting is even turning the legal immigrants against them! How can we allow criminals from another country protest in our streets waving our flag & theirs,for benefits USA citizens pay for?  And while they simultaneously disrespect OUR National Anthem?

The great irony in this story is that the U.S. Border Patrol has said over and over that they don't have the manpower or resources to catch everyone crossing the border illegally. I absolutely agree with them. However, in one park in Chicago, yesterday, there were 400,000 to 500,000 illegals gathered and no attempt by anyone to make arrests.

The part I don't get is that there is no question that they are here illegally. They committed a serious crime the minute that they crossed illegally. Yet no one seems to take any action.

Go figure.

Lock down the borders, deport the "illegals" when caught(ANY illegals), and make it better for the American farmers, construction, etc.,etc. The illegals come here to work, because the businesses here hire them.
Yeah, they work, and they pay taxes on products they buy. They also send enormous amounts of cash back to their countries. They drive new vehicles with no insurance, no license, and no reguard for the laws of our country.(for the most part)
The Dallas/Ft. Worth area has had several police officers gunned down by illegal mexicans lately. The last one, when asked "Why did you do it?" replied...."Eeet was eeasy, man".

Just putting together a few facts & figures think about this.....

I am not against immigrants, but I am against illegal immigrants and while all of this " bull is going on about immigrant laws, the government comes out and starts talking about Social Security going broke. Think about the following hypothetical scenarios: If the illegal immigrants are working for an average wage of $5.00 per hour X 40 hours per week, this equals $200.00. The present SS tax rate is 15.5 %, which means that $31.00 per week is not going in to SS per person. If there is 10,000,000 illegal immigrants, that means, $310,000,000.00 is not being paid to SS weekly!! Half is supposed to be paid by the worker and the other half by the employer,( unless self employed). So this also means, that the low lifes hiring and supporting these people is pocketing even more money by not paying their fair share along with the low wages, but yet raking the same ( or more ) profit margin off the top. This does not take into account the other taxes being lost, plus the medical cost being incurred, that we, gullible, mister/miss middle income taxpayer, now has to have as a larger burden.
How many of your favorite politicians are reaping the benefits, one way or another, by not doing the right thing?
Hope y'all remembered some of this kinda stuff as ya studied yer ballot today. I sure did!!!

I'm kind of curious about one issue here. I keep reading how vital the illegals are to the economy and how they do work that others (legals) won't do.

It makes me wonder how we made it before the invasion? If they all went home, would we have to mow our own grass? Actually pick up a product and not have to search through the label to find microscopic instructions in English because the label is too crowded with other language instructions?Could the gaps left in our work force be filled by our unemployed?

What about the illegals that are using fake Social Security numbers? Is the money deducted from their checks helping the SSA?

Who will put shingles on our roofs? Hang the drywall in our new big houses, cook and serve the food in Mexican restaurants that we have all come to love?

One more thought; How many businesses really suffered when they all decided not to come to work on Monday?

To add to Dave's 12 point, I just notified my lawn service (home & office) that unless he can prove that the people the he brings to do my property are legal and pay tax's, his services are not longer required. I will continue to contact all of my service vendors and notify them of my requirement. I'll cut my own lawn, paint and do whatever it takes (or more preferably hire an American) than to buckle under these ILLEGAL   SOB's !
