I have two daughters, no sons.  I think I qualify for DWD.  My pay is direct deposit, my wife has the check book.  I never even see it to say good bye.

Direct deposit sucks. I haven't gotten payed in over 5 years. My wife gets it all. Between her, my daughter, and my grandaughter, I have to be very creative to get Vette money.

I've got 2 teen age daughters 17 & 15. The older one drives and we just got her ins. reduced to $658/yr liability only on a 11 yo car. The other one is into competitive dancing and that is more of a money pit than any Vette.  My wife works just to pay for that.

Were do I sign up.

Even though I was not blessed with daughters, I did raise 2 sons. Me being a car guy, my boys were too. Fast cars with flame paint jobs cost way more than prom dresses!

Ben, I too am happily alone and run from women with kids at home, it's my money, my vette , and there's only one name on the checking account!

I "only" have one daughter and two sons... All in their 30's now..
When they were at home...ONLY my daughter had permission to
drive my Corvettes...the boys well I knew how "I" drove when I was young.. so they ONLY could drive my Corvettes IF I was in the passengers seat ..

For you young guys...take heart.... I had all 3 in college at the same time.. (Talk about being broke)...BUT wehn I paid the last semesters
tuition for the oldest I DID not alter my Budget a cent...When Spring came I HAD a good 20 grand extra in the account because I only had to pay for 2 Childrens Tuition...  SINCE I had the money why not just buy another Corvette... and the following year when I only had 1 college bill to pay ...guess what.... yep another Corvette ...

Only major dent in my "method" was that my daughter got married
and honestly guys that was major...spend enough to on the wedding to  4 or 5 new ZZ4's to keep as spares...and it was not a really big wedding...

Daughter has her rebodied 84 Fierro (looks like a Farrari) in her garage parked next to her husbands 70 Nova..(sharp car) and my oldest son
has a 68 SS 396 Chevelle that will eventually match my 68 SS 396 Chevelle in his garage...  Number two son spends all his money chasen women and only has his everyday driven Truck...

Looking back  I would not change a thing...BUT just think of what my garage would be filled with if I never had any children... Oh My...!

my oldest daughter just started college this yr.  didn't get sticker shock over tuition but the cost of books threw me for a loop.

and I thought parts for my car were expensive.
