I know alot of you guys know Vettes, well how many of you know computers?  I need to change my default email or whatever it's called.

When I click on an email address it opens my Yahoo mail account to send an email, what I'd like is for it to open my C3VRMail account instead.  I used to know how to set this up but can't remember how to do it. Any help would be appreaciated, thanks.

Vette(s): had a really nice one. sold it to a good friend. Purchased 2004 custom coupe in Feb. 2009 did not tell anyone here until August 2009. BAD I KNOW.
sort of scary taking computer advise from me but at least I am not wearing my lamp shade hat...  I am trying to do this from memory so watch out.

You have to go into what ever email system you are using and go to tool email account options, highlight your current mail account and either delete or add new account, think you can add new account from file menu also.  next you just have to answer all of the questions, you will need to know thw in going mail server address and the out going sever and then the account name and password. think that is about it, hell it might work or it might not"

thunderbird is a real easy one and i think it works great

SO MARK DO YOU FEEL LUCKY????

mark,

in the browser you are using go to the options tab on the toolbar. there should be a tab for mail and newsgroups that specify the default email client that you can change to what ever you want. you didn't specify which browser so i can only give you general directions.

hope this helpsThumbs%20Up
