DOES ANYONE have trouble with getting your e-mail? This is very upsetting. I have discussed this with Adam and he has helped me. I have gotten my e-mail a couple of times but then it will not except my password. I am getting tired of messing with this. Help? gene gs77vet38737.5816782407

Mine is working otay, also. I did have problems when I first set it up, tho. Just remember that the name, and the password are case sensitive. I have a hard time keeping up with all of my different p/words, as all of them are close to the same, but with different case orientation. Also, sometimes the system will not recognize certain "characters", spaces, punctuation, etc. if you have them in your e-mail name. (Don't ask how I know this!) If Adam can't fix it/help, don't know who can!

It is possible, that if you don't use it very often, it may get erased? "use it or loose it?". Just a thought...

Gene,
Is it strictly a password problem?

Adam is the best one to help you with this, but Joel is right on with the case sensitive and special character advice.  I have my e-mail login info the same as my site login info so I don't forget it.

I don't think you can change your existing user name but you can change your password anytime by clicking on the Options button in the left menu column and then clicking on the Password link in the Your Information column.

Hope this helps some.
