Hah...I'm not a father! The day isn't going badly at all! Built a new shelf...its really bad, really unstable and it doesn't completely meet the needs I built it for, but I now have room for my stereo and printer "on my desk" and up 30" so I'm happy. I'll rebuild it later in the summer with new wood.

I worked at the parts store most of the day. Didn't hear from my oldest at all. Spent the rest of the day spring cleaning with my wife and youngest.

Got a copy of Tom Brokaw's, "The Greatest Generation" from my son and a smooth ride from my other "child". Life is good!
