How many got the names?

So, here are the answer, as I know them:

1. Thomas Alva

2. Charles Robert Darwin.

3. Konrad Adenaur was the West Germany's chancellor after WWII till early 60's.

4. Genghis was the first, the other were his descendents Kublai and Batu Khans. Mongolian Tatars that ravaged what is today's Russia and Europe in late 1300's. The Turks came a bit later.

5. This was not fair. Stalin's name  was Josef Visarionovic Stalin, but his Georgian birth name was Sasha Gugashvili.

6. Olivia Newton John. Know just about all of her songs (late 60's, early 70's). She also starred with John Travolta in "Grease".

7. Below the belt, Vladimir Iljich Lenin, born as Vladia Ulianov.

8. James Fenimore Cooper.

9. Alexander Graham Bell a good buddy of Henry Ford, along with Thomas Alva.

10. Sir Edmund P. Hillary (mid 1950's)

Well, I did pretty good, just missed #4 and #8.   The only Khans I could remember was Ghengis and Madeline(?).   I did ok with the other names, just didn't know their middle names.   Well, guess Alzheimers hasn't set in yet.

All I ever did was draw cars and walk around with a Hot Rod magazine rolled up in my back pocket. Fortunately some of the knowledge seem to get absorbed into my brain..........I really can't figure how that could happen....osmosis, I guess.
