one of my customers asked me if I knew where to get a really cool computer for her son.. seeing as how this is my big customer.. i offered to build one.. i told her i would "pimp it out" with led fans and neon light bars, etc.. she had a confused look on her face..


then I said "Its the same kind of stuff that the kids these days do to their cars."

thats when i realized that im getting old.. when i refer to people in their early 20's as kids..

that and i hit three bars last night and didnt get carded once...

Now I'm positive I'm old when Ben, who still hits three bars on Sat. night, thinks he's old.

As a friend of mine says regarding his age..."What I used to be able to do all night now takes me all night to do!"

Gunslinger "Groucho Marx" dude, no one my age knows who they are. I think I'm older psychologically, and personality. I'm stuck in the 70's. My main choice of music is from there, I like cars from then, I think everything good was from the 70's. Today is my birthday, I'm 17. Crap….. I'm old. Ha-ha. Don't worry guys I'm almost there.

Never thought I'd get old...thought I'd smoke dope till I was in my 60's...could drink all night with the best of them...now I'm lucky to stay up past midnight on a good day, beer sits in my fridge for months without being drank (hell, can't remember the last time I actually bought beer!), and I find more enjoyment living day to day with my wife and kids then I ever did when I was stoned and drunk and walking sideways!

Now I've just purchased a new house on 5 acres, and I can't wait to move in so I can put my Pride and Joy in the 30x60 heated pole barn (with office), and the other toys I'm sure to "collect" in the 28x100 pole barn behind it - both with electricity (220 and 110). The back one isn't heated yet, but may be in the future.

They say there are two thing that start to go as we age, one is our hearing and I can't remember the other!

I don't feel a bit older than I was at 17. I owe more, I have a family and home to take care of, I have more sore spots, can't stay awake as long, prefer my chair and family (including my C3VR family) to a party, I forget things, sleep more, groan more, and have a lot less hair. Other than that, it's exactly the same!
