Hey everyone, just wanted you to know that I'm not dead...

We had our baby waaay back on June 16th and alot has happened since.
I sold my business and I sold my old house (rent house). I bought and refurbed a 58 ford 641 tractor. I have made huge strides in getting my shop cleaned out, I have consolidated all of my automotive tools and parts in one place. Approximately 4000 sq ft are cleared with another 2K to go. My sister-in-law just got married to a body man Monday night which bodes well for the vette. I will soon be able to get back on it and make progress and contribute here again as well. Between the 58 tractor and the 86 backhoe I have kept in practice turning wrenches.
but the important stuff.. The baby has been alot of fun, she is 99th percentile in weight and has been growing like a weed. we constantly run into people with 7 and 8 month old babies smaller than our 15 week old monster. She slept all night since we brought her home. She only cries when she is hungry and hasnt even done that in weeks now. It's been so easy that I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop.
take a look at some pics at this link

She looks like a real sweetheart. Maybe we'll get to see her when we come to Hot Springs for our gathering.

I wanted to share some other pics with you..
these are my shop... I wish I had taken pics before I started cleaning. It was wall to wall crap piled 8 ft high. You couldn't walk through the place front to back. Youll see it still looks like its full of crap but I have emptied about 90% of the junk out. I have given to over a dozen charities so far and still working on it. My girls and I have sorted through boxes/piles and either donated, thrown away, burned, or hauled off junk for the last 2 years. I hauled off 19 truck loads of scrap metal. We have filled a 12x12x12 burn pit about 20 times so far. This housed my mother-in-laws ceramics business that turned into a dumping grounds for every 3rd cousin twice removed that wanted to store junk. This is a 6000 sq ft building in my back yard. I joke that I married my wife just so I could get the shop and make a new home for the car.
