Some pictures can be cleaned up in a fews mins but like the one with the waterfall took a few hours.

Nice work.
As you said, some photos can be cleaned up in a few minutes, others take hours.
I used one of the free programs to make a special picture of my vette, and spent hours of tedious work painting and erasing. Once was enough. It was OK, but I wouldn't want to do it for a living.
