Ditto Terry!! It is certainly a "holiday" with mixed emotions with our boys laying their ass on the line overseas while we light BBQs and ice down the beer. Being a veteran of this war, it's even harder for me to celebrate - so I'll just pay my respects, be with my family and work on my Vette as the weekend passes.

For all of our soldiers, marines, sailors and airmen that have made the utlimate sacrifice for our freedom:

"May you lay down your weapon and equipment as you pass through the pearly gates and walk in green lush meadows of heaven. As you sit down with your buddies in the cool grass and feel the warm sun on your face, feel the Lord's hand on your shoulder as he says "well done men, your mission is complete".             Amen

I agree, Thanks to all the those who have given so much. If you haven't heard on Monday at exactly 3:oopm local time everyone is asked to observe a moment of silence in tribute to these hero's.
