I myself never got the honor of serving in the military,I was denied the privilage during the Viet nam war ,wanted to go but bad eyes, and being an only son stopped me cold.2of my cousins and 1 of my best friends died over there.my father and his brother both served in WW2 dad was in France and Germany, and his brother served in the Pacific,I also have another great uncle who is still serving in a great ship under neath the memorial in Pearl Harbor. Both of my sons have served My oldest Ron jr.was in the Navy for 6 years ,is now out,the younger one Randy is serving in the Air Force been in for ten years, just came back from his 4th tour in Saudi Arabia,he plans on staying in for 20 years, and retiring,he's a staff sargeant right now but moving up shortly. My family moved here in 1660 from Holland, and we like to think we have served our new country whenever we can. |saluteflag| |saluteflag| |saluteflag| |saluteflag| |saluteflag| |saluteflag|
