Vette(s): White 1975 L48 Stingray 129,000 Miles, daily driver.
One sunny day in 2005, an old man approached the White House from across Pennsylvania Avenue, where he'd been sitting on a park bench.
He spoke to the Marine standing guard and said, I would like to go in and meet with President Kerry. The Marine replied, Sir, Mr. Kerry is not President and doesn't reside here. The old man said, "Okay," and walked away. The following day, the same man approached the White House and said to the same Marine," I would like to go in and meet with President Kerry." The Marine again told the man, "Sir, as I said yesterday, Mr. Kerry is not president and doesn't reside here." The man thanked him and again walked away. The third day, the same man approached the White House and spoke to the very same Marine, saying, "I would like to go in and meet with President Kerry." The Marine, understandably agitated at this point, looked at the man and said, "Sir, this is the third day in a ro w you have been here asking to speak to Mr. Kerry. I've told you already that Mr. Kerry is not the President and doesn't reside here. Don't you understand?" The old man answered, "Oh, I understand. I just love hearing it!" The Marine snapped to attention, saluted, and said, "See you tomorrow sir."

maybe, what you should do, is address corvette issues. instead of supporting a man who cannot intelectually express himself. but can get 1000+ of my brothers and sisters killed

Well he did put this in a non- vette related thread...
As for Mr. Bush killing 1000+ of our brothers and sisters, well that sounds horrible. I thought they were killed defending us from radical islamic extremeists trying to kill people, because they are not islamic. The Russian people just got a taste of what those brutes will do if they are left unchecked. I don't agree with everything bush has done but, I do know he did take the fight out of our country and let our armed forces do their duty of keeping us safe. Rather than flip floping on the issues at hand. He made the unpopular choice of going to war because he thought is was needed for our safty.

1000 brothers killed;come on get real!I was drafted for the NAM in 69;The way I see this; is everyone of these brave young men and women signed on for the armed forces;that includes fighting in other countries, whether we like the idea or not. When you sign up;(correct me if i'm wrong)it does not only include free money and college,it sometimes includes fighting and defending(yes, even in places like iraq)freedom. "GOD BLESS AMERICA"

I just want to know when we're going to go after the actual guy that attacked us...Osama. Saddam needed to be dealt with, but the priority should have been to get the guy that got us.
OK. Who needs more evidence that the West is at war with radical Islam? Oh I know, the people who believe the Kerry rhetoric. If anyone wants a tour of what used to be the World Trade Centers please send me a private message. While we are there perhaps you can find it in your heart to say a prayer for all the innocent civilians that were murdered by who? (My apologies in advance) Wake the f up!
