I just watched Kerry on the local news. He made a big splash here by taking a firm stance that W stoood for wrong, wrong wrong!
Isn't this the same person that supported the Iraq war?
The same Kerry that was a peace activist after he returned from 'Nam? The same Kerry touting his war medals?
Makes me wonder what he's gonna be for against tomorrow.

I know it's a very personal and sensitive subject for most people, but let's face it...war is what it is. Ugly and good people are going to die. I for one am glad that we had President Bush as our leader when those "Evil Doers" slamed OUR planes, filled with OUR citizens, into OUR World Trade Center. He sent a purpose filled and crystal clear message to ANYONE thinking of trying to attack us again.

My heart and prayers go out to the families that have lost loved ones throughout this whole ordeal. Their sacrifice is the ONLY reason that all who have responed to this thread had the ability to do so. Please try to remember that and for God's sake....be grateful that we have the means and the leadership to defend our great nation.

Let's look at this from a practical standpoint. I'm no political scientist, but haven't the Dems historically funded their social and welfare programs by slashing defense budgets? In today's world, that's a sure recipe for disaster. The alternative: HIGHER TAXES!!!!!

I vote for having more money to spend on my Vette.

I think Kerry would have a better chance to be president if he dumps Edwards and puts Jane fonda on the ticket, when he becomes president he will most likly want to move the white house to France, that will give more time for the united nations to move into the pentagon, by that time the demo's will have taken our dirty evil guns away from us,don't worry if anyone breaks into your house to rob, rape or kill you, you can stick em with your pitch fork if you can afford a house after taxes

maybe i should have called my reply anyone but bush. i don't really totally agree with kerry's views. but i do know this i am 100% the f%#$ awake,last i checked the people that flew those planes were SAUDI'S!!!!!! NOT IRAQI'S.that country was being run by a total lunatic and he did need to be taken out of there.if your going to start a war against terrorism then go after the ones that decided to bring it into our great country. oh yea, one more thing when i've got friends(male and female)being called up to go over there, i think i got the right to call them my brothers and sisters without actually being in the service myself!!!.

I do agree with Ben, we do need more voting choices. I am tired of voting against someone that is slightly more revolting to me than the other. The democrats and republicans have done an exellent job of giving you few choices.
