97 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 Cummins Diesel 5 sp. Can't complain its paid for and it gets 19 MPG on the highway except when towing; 13-14mpg.

Just got back Sat afternoon from Erie luckly before the snow storm Saturday afternoon.  Feel bad for all you in OH that got slammed!!  Drove outta there like a bad out of hell Sat morning.

My daily driver is a 2001 Dodge Dakota....3.9 v6 .. 5 speed...

Geared all wrong, underpowered,  no excitement...but trouble free...
and it was cheap...!  

Its transportation   I think I washed it last summer once...But it may have been the summer before last...  You get the idea... I am NOT in love with it ..

Looking for just the right El Camino to use as a daily dirver...

Well I'm still driving my 88 Chevy pickup that I bought new. It still looks and runs good so I will end end keeping it until it dies.
The wife drives a 2003 Buick Regal GS with a super charged 3.8

Vette(s): had a really nice one. sold it to a good friend. Purchased 2004 custom coupe in Feb. 2009 did not tell anyone here until August 2009. BAD I KNOW.

I drive daily a 1995 mustang gt, 5.0 5-speed   we also have a 2001 dodge caravan sport (why do they put sport on a minivan) that has had the wheelchair conversion done to it.  they cut the floor out 10 inches and do all kinds of crap to it, has a ramp that comes out of the floor and the van kneels over to lessen the steepness of the ramp, pretty cool really,  the side windows have lettering on them that say "Lacey's Limo"  and the drivers window says"chuafer" (i know spelling is wrong) personal plates that say ANGL247. which she isn't always. 

No tickets in the vette, two in the stang

Just gave my fully restored '76 280z (my daily driver) to my son, he
needed some wheels. So now the '72 Vette is a daily driver until I can find
a cheap small pickup. No rush, these green wheels are a mighty fine 'only
ride' (I work at home, so it stays garaged most days)!

[/QUOTE] A freind of mine had a porsche red 280Z,that he had stored at his grandmothers garage.Went back to check on it sometime ago,& turns out some relative said he thought he'd abandoned it & had it "hauled off"! Right! Some guy probly got a great deal on it!

Love those 280's, a guilty pleasure. I've had 3, all were very reliable, easy
to work on, and with the manual Trany and fuel injection, they are quick
on the draw too. A "poor man's" vette I've head them called. My last one
was 'fire engine' red with 70's center-lines. A beaut. Yea, your friend got
robbed! I'd get a third if I came across one at a decent price.

Yeah,he had Centerlines,too.His 280 started out as silver.
