John,
Your son, Sgt. Tyler Grant, will be in our prayers, daily. We will also pray for you and his mother. My wife and I know a little about what you are going through. My son, Thomas Silva, joined the Marines, and is now completeing his second week of Boot Camp in San Diego, CA.
We pray also for all the Men and Women of the Armed Forces.

We will add your son Sgt. Tyler Grant to our prayers. Our youngest son spent one year in Afghanastan as a paratrooper in the 173rd Airborne. He was a Sgt. and Fire Team Leader while serving in the mountains of that country. He is now a civilian (eligable for recall) but has many friends again deployed back in Afghanastan and we pray for all their safety as well as your son's.
As you well know, daily prayer ( and more than likely many daily prayers) will deliver your son back home to you safely and unharmed. You and your family are also in our prayers to give you the strength to perserver for the next 10 months.

count our prayers in too. once is bad enough but return trips are even
worse. the prayers will help and the real big general in the sky will

John, I know how your heart feels, my son-in-law hit Iraq last Sunday for 15 months and my nephew is packing now to be deployed in three weeks, both will be in Baghdad. One in a stryker unit and one as a policeman in the Air Force. This will be hard on my Daughter who is moving home from Germany where they were stationed, and my Sister who's only son will be in harms way. I just hope all this will be over soon and the safe return of all American's home..May God Bless..Terry

My son too is deploying this Fall. He is in the Marines and this will be his first deployment. We are also looking for prayers. Your faith is well placed Bro !!
