I did not see most of the race on Sunday, I no longer follow NASCAR as closely as I use to (#3 Fan). But I still know enough that Kurt Bushwacker needed to be put in his place, and Jimmy did just that, so the end of my title message would be.....pat on the back. Maybe Kurt will grow up and learn this isn't the clay tracks where he came from and race cleanly and fairly, pretty safe to say he won't be messing with Jimmy Spencer no more
I know there are most likley Kurt fans, but you also get your opinion, this is just mine. We all though that Kevin Harvick had matured very much from last year, but after what he did to Jeff Gordon 2 weeks ago at Watkins Glen, I'm not sure
Why I couldn't watch the race was, I was at a car show, it get better, it was at Hooters, it gets better, I won best in class (Corvette)

CONGRATS Dave...!!!

On your main topic tho', I didn't see the race either (was helping a friend move into their new home) but one thing that has amazed me over the years about 'professional' sports stars (and it doesn't matter which sport either) is this - the more money they make, the dumber they get. Granted that's not everyone, but a large percentage of them lose a proportionate amount of common sense as their income increases. Sure I'd be a little hot under the collar if I got bumped out of the way, but that's part of racing (if I'm not mistaken #3 was a past master at that part of the sport). Some drivers respect the rules and the machinery, some don't. And in fairness to all the drivers an equal amount of blame can be pointed at NASCAR itself for not doing its job of taking care of its own house. They're too focused on income side of the equation to do what's right for the sport.
And if you feel the urge to fight, go play hockey!

My $.02 worth.
