The National Highway Safety Council has done extensive testing on a newly designed seat belt. Results show that accidents can be reduced by as much as 45% when the belt is properly installed. Correct installation is illustrated below.......

There's been a time or two I've wished for seat belts like that...I'll bet my wife has too! 

In PA. they changed the Inspection law for turn signal switches mounted on the steering column, you must mount them on the floor ( like in the old days ).
Seems Blondes where getting their legs tangled up in the steering wheel!!!
