A lot of places I would like to email have this system and I can't use it I get and error message everytime.I tried going into my coumpter to remove it and try and re-install but can't find it.If I do a file search I find 13 files but there isn't any remove from there.Has anybody else have problems with this out look thing?

You can unintstall outlook express by opening control panel, select Add/Remove Programs, the click Add/Remove Windows components.Remove the check beside OUtlook Express, click next. After it's removed go back and reinstall by putting a check beside OUtlook Express.
