My computer won't reconize it so I can't send anything. Is there a register that I have to do?

How do you mean "it won't recognize it" ??  You may just have to uninstall Outlook Express, and re-install it... was it working before??

As far as I know it never worked. That a good idea to un-install. I'll give that a try.Could it also be a corupt driver?

well, it is a window's program.. anything is possible(corrupt driver,etc..)... if by chance you have something other than dial-up connection(or if you do have dial up, and some free time/patience) you might want to go to the window's website, and download the latest version of Outlook Express...

Outlook Express is crap! Version 6 is better than most but it won't do all the things that Outlook will do.
 
Why not just go out and buy a copy of MS Office basic 2007, it works a treat and is compatible with Vista if you are, or are planning on changing over.  Bill needs the money remember.
