my hateway computer finally died about 2 weeks ago and we got a Dell I apologize I haven't been around lately and for better or worseyou'll be seeing more of me now!

I went thru the same crap in June I went out and got a new set-up(HP), and I love it. Nothin' like a new toy!

you know at some point in my life before I die I want to make a big purchase and 10 years later say" I never had any problems it was the best thing I ever bought!" And so far I just love the computer but right now I hate the printer. I've had it for a week tomorrow and it won't print But they are sending me a New Color Cartridge which they think is the problem and if it's not they said they will send me a new printer at least I can't complain about the service and how they r standing behind their product. if it had been the hateway I still would be on hold!!

If it won't print , have you checked the "properties", to see if it has been authorized to print ? Maybe someone don't want you lookin at like that, and locked it out, you naughty girl!

 I've been too busy to look atlately But it was printing all my powerpoints out like a champ and just faded out. I did just put the new cartridge in and voila it is working great nowThe only bad thing is I have to order the new cartridges right from Dell unless anyone knows about any others that are compatible? ttyl!
