This Sunday, December 12 at 8 p.m. ET (10 p.m. PT), SPEED Channel presents the Race of Champions as racing stars Michael Shumacher, Jimmie Johnson, Colin McRae, and many more, take to the track for the title of Champion of Champions.



The Race of Champions was originally conceived as the ultimate shoot-out between the best international rally stars. It remains the only event to allow drivers to race head-to-head heats in exactly the same cars and on a parallel-track. The premise is simple: using identical equipment and track, drivers can prove themselves based on their talent alone.



The Race of Champions, this Sunday at 8 p.m. ET (10 p.m. PT) on SPEED Channel. Don't miss it!

Vette(s): 1972 coupe/350 cid/mild cam/4 spd/20 ft. paint (looks perfect from 20 ft.), but it sure runs nice.
What identical vehicles are they running?

Is this the same race known for years as IROC (Intl. Race Of Champions)? If it is,I watched years ago when they all had Camaros.Hence the IROC Camaros and the aftermarket body kits,like one I have now.Havent seen the race for awhile,dont know what theyd pick...maybe the new GTO body? |bouncy|
