Ok my knight in shining armour husband saved our neighbor from a rattler.
The problem is now what do you do with it? Bar-B-Que/ skin it/ play with it/ mount it on a wall/ or THROUGH IT AWAY LIKE A SANE PERSON WOULD DO. NAAA. Perhaps put it on my hood for an ornament

We used to snap them by swinging them around our head, and cracking them like a bullwhip. Then, we would hang them over the fence. There would always be another one there the next day. At certain times of the year, there would literally be a hundred or more along the fence line...

Cook that thar rascal. I have eaten Rattler an hitz purty good. As fer how ta cook hit I caint tell ya. It was easy ta pay fer but I shore weren't about ta go on a hunt fer em!!! Thar orta be somebody in here wit a recipe fer Rattler though... Maybe that thar Okie Dude gotz a recipe...
