My younger son had just moved from Boston to Brooklyn Heights in May 2001. He could see the towers two blocks from his apartment.
He was asleep when the first plane hit.
Friends called and woke him up.
He didn't leave his apartment for several days.
Very frightening and emotional for him.
We will NEVER forget.

Monday is one of my 3day off weekends,was gonna get some stuff done today.then I turned the T.V. on,and have hardly moved away from it all day,it all came flashing backand I am not afraid to say of cried all over again.God bless all that perished and there loved ones,plus everyone who risked thier lives trying to save and help them.WE WILL NOT FORGET
