From what I can tell Glenn was trying to update his signature in his main C3VR profile and not in the Forums profile.  I've been working with him to get it sorted out.

As a reminder, since the new forum-ware was installed on the site several months ago every member has two profiles. 

The main C3VR profile, accessed via the 'My Profile' link on the "My Account" menu tab/page or the 'profile' link located just above the menu tabs, is where base information about your membership resides.

The forums profile, accessed via the 'Settings' icon () which is located just below and to the right of the menu tabs on most every forum page, is where your display information for the forums resides.
