Hey, I am watching that Mt. St. Helens on Fox right now. You mean that mountain has more molten rock and volcanic ash to come out ? From 1980, it looked like it did not have anything left. They are saying it could do a lot of damage. We have bad hurricanes here in south Florida, and you guys have earthquakes and volcanoes. I will take the hurricanes and tornadoes any day compared to that. Be safe. |saluteflag| |cool| |cool|

You gotta remember,volcanoes have a lava tube that goes to near the earths center,where all the magma is.The dome on top is like a cork.

Lived in Hawaii for 4 years. Big Island. Lava has been flowing there for 20+ years!

Yeah, on Hawaii(Big Island). One eruption going on for years. At night I could see the red glow from the vent reflected on the Clouds. All the other Volcanos on the other islands are either dormant or extinct. Just Kilauea and Mauna Loa on Hawaii are active. Was the one thing I really liked about being there.
