Hey Dwright, here's one for you....it's quick, simple, easy & an a lot better that that can crap-o-la.

Sloppy Joe's
1 lb. Ground Beef
3/4 Cup Catsup (I use hot & spicy catsup)
1/2 Cup chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Green Pepper chopped
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1/4 Cup Water
Hamburger Buns
Brown ground beef. Add other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on warm hamburger buns.
Trust me, it's really good!
I've got some more quick stuff that's good if ya want it, just holler.

Pick up some country style pork ribs and a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce. We use Head Country around here but it is a Made In Oklahoma product.
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Salt & pepper the pork ribs (add a little Cayenne Pepper if you like it spicy). Put in a baking dish or 9X12 cake pan. Pour the BBQ sauce over the ribs liberally.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, checking for fork tender doneness (insert a fork into the meaty part of the rib and if it comes out without having to pull or use another utensil for leverage to remove it).
For an easy side dish do any combo of the following:
Frozen French Fries (cook in oven with ribs)
Ranch Style Beans (used to say husband pleasin', now more politically correct)
Boil 4 cups of water on the stove and put some frozen corn on the cob in per instructions
Heat up a veggie or two
Pick up Cole Slaw and Baked Beans from the Grocery when you get the ribs.
Pick up a Cobbler (Blackberry, Peach, Cherry, Apple) (also bake in the oven w/ribs) and some ice cream for dessert.
It's longer than 30 min, but well worth the time.
