Yeah I got them all right to. I knew Buddy Holly and the Big Bopper went down in the plane crash, but wasn't there another singer traveling with them?
 
And in #7, what was the name of the cartoon dog that sang that commercial?

With the comments about Red Skelton and the upcoming patriotic holiday, I thought of this segment from an old Red Skelton show, many of you may remember it.  Whether its your first time hearing it or not, its a reminder of this true gentleman entertaining his audience in kinder, gentler times and an ominous preview of things to come.

I got 'em all right except the Buddy Holly one.  I guess I am getting old because I knew that one at one time but I forgotdoh
 
Chip thanks for posting the Red Skelton link about the Pledge of AllegianceClap.  That was beautiful and you could tell he even got choked up at the end.
