Armadillo eggs, fried jalapenos.... did some research work Joel :

Anything WET, from beer to motor oil!!!
(Also recommended is a wet cloth, and a fan.)
I do have a complaint on this recipe, tho....you do NOT remove the seeds from the inside of a hal-a-peen-o!! That's the best part!

Yeah. the seeds are there only to add flavor. Armadillo eggs are typically used as an apetizer before either some good barbeque or chili anyway!
