Happy Birthday my brother  !!    I know what your talk'n about ,and I feel your pain .  My wife,  or should I say ex-wife,  would do the same thing.  Her wine was very important to her and she missed a lot of special dates and days  because of it. A lot of hurt and disapointment.   And like you said,  the problem was more than I could help her  with.  I had to learn that I can't change others,  I can only change myself......... Im  Sorry  if I'm way off base here,  just thought I'd share that.   Again,  Happy B-day Michael
