It's really stressful. I've got 8 techs all over so cal, and people call all freaked out when their pool or spa heater isn't working. It's like 90 here lately. What the hell is up with that??? Then, there's all the condos, apartment bldgs, studios, etc that have big commercial boilers. I have no idea what models are what and how big they are. I'll learn all that in time. Been doing alot of file stuff, getting ready for the computer part. I have to be familiar with all the different forms and how they flow through service, parts, the guys, the clients, then back to us again. Hecktick Adam! Everyone wants their stuff fixed now. Right now. lol They call the day before some huge pool party. lol I feel like telling them to just jump on in. Or, better yet, put floating candles in there and call it done. lol
