Actually in pure acelleration, all other things being equal (which they rarely are), most automatics are faster than most stick shifts. We can't shift as fast as it can. There are a few exceptions. I actually like both, but I think a stick is more fun.

Trying to figure out how to get the rattle out of my 75 coupe doors that occurs when I close it hard |headscratch|
AND
how to relube the power window tracks WITHOUT taking stuff out of the door !!! |cussing|

Got laid off at the beginning of the year and I don't have any money for the white princess so I'm making a sign which reads.

WILL WORK FOR CORVETTE PARTS

Gonna stand along the hi-way. Maybe some vette owner will feel sorry for me and buy me some parts...
