We've gone through sheer h*ll with DSL problems for the past 2 months. Everything from non english speaking idiots to incompetent techs. They finally sent us a tech that was brilliant and fixed the problem.
I refuse to pay the cost for Fios. Which they have been trying to get us to switch over to.
Sorry for the rant. Just a sore subject right now.

guess i could make Norsky feel better.... download speed here is 20kbps,upload is reported 421kbps(which i dont believe as we can only connect at 28.8kbps)...

Don't forget Terry, as you get near absolute zero, the electrons slow down.
