It was Teddy Roosevelt (in 1907)...one of those important Presidents we've had.    We need more leaders like him now...not the Democrats who are only concerned in regaining power for its own sake and taking down a socialist path, no matter the cost to the nation, and not the Republicans who have proven themselves gutless (especially in the Senate).

Hey Gunslinger, you have the right president but he said it in 1919 in a letter to the American Defense Society.....and here is the rest of his letter! Enjoy!
