I know we have a few women members and I know the moderator of this forum is a lady, but I don't think this will get me into too much trouble,

WORDS WOMEN USE
**********************************
FINE
This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

FIVE MINUTES
If she is getting dressed, this is half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given 5 more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

NOTHING
This is the calm before the storm. This means "something," and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with 'Nothing' usually end in "Fine"!

GO AHEAD
This is a dare, not permission. Don't do it.

LOUD SIGH
This is not actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A "Loud Sigh" means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you over "Nothing"

THAT'S OKAY
This is one of the most dangerous statements that a woman can make to a man. "That's Okay" means that she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

THANKS
A woman is thanking you. Do not question it or faint. Just say you're welcome.

Send this to the men you know to warn them about future arguments they can avoid if they remember the terminology!

And send it to your women friends to give them a good laugh!

I understand all to well the lingo that women use. It's whne nothing is being said that men should take immediate notice. This most commonly follow what I have to call "The Look". If either one of these to are used in conjunction with each other buddy you better prepare for the wrath. I'm sorry or I love you followed up with flowers usaually can bring this back around. Especially if they are not used under "normal" circumstances, but should be.

lets not forget these famous phrases:

Do what you think is best- (Im not going to tell you what to do, ill
only tell you when you have chosen poorly)

We need to talk- (You need to listen)

I have a problem- (i would like to talk about some mindless
self-inflicted psychodrama )

Do i look fat?- (i need validation)

Do you find her attractive?-(do you find me attractive?)

What do you think?- (have you been listening?)

Im tired- (i just want to cuddle)

And now for some guy terms

Im tired= (Im tired)

Im hungry = (im hungry)

i had a hard day at work=(i dont want to talk about it)

You look pretty=(can we have sex?)

i love you= (can we have sex?)

Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!

In June I will reach 30 years of marrage.  I have heard all of these, and I beware.

But the biggest problem is with them listen to the guy words.  When we say what we mean, why do they try to find the hidden meaning that is never there?  This is usually followed by, "Are you mad at me"  Be very carefull with that one.
