Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!
Some of you may think I'm a bit older, but I started early.
7/29/55
Started helping my Dad in the 4th grade in the driveway on side jobs. Went to work turning wrenches at 14 in a service station with Dad. I did almost everything at that age. Engine, brakes, suspension, electrical work included. Full time in the summer, part time during school. The boss said I was the second best wrench he ever had, the best was my Dad. Later Dad got his own service station. My 31 years with cars does not include my part time or early teen years, only after I was out of school. Now I'm back in school, but in front of the room. |eek|
