I'm glad to see by this survey that i'm not the only one in the 22-29 bracket, but better yet, there's someone who's younger than 22. At least now we know that some of the "kids" aren't goin' for the fried rice rockets...

Rice rocketeers can suck my tailpipes...four at a time, not sure how long it would take to reduce the numbers...I have already promised myself I will NEVER buy a 4cyl (only exception I might consider is a Lotus Elise, they're unique)...The only six I can think of that I would consider buying is a Jaguar XJ220...and if any of you can find one for sale, you're further along than I am.
V8-V12 or WALK.

BTW...I got my Corvette at 19. The first memories I have of ANY vehicle is my uncle's 1980 RED coupe. It was stationed at my grandmother's house while he was stationed in Korea. To this day...less 16k original miles.
Since that day when I was MAYBE 5 when I first realized that the GORGEOUS Red vehicle at my grandmother's house was a Corvette...I've wanted one. Now that I have one. I want another!
V8-V12 or WALK.

well i definitely agree somewhat
my rule is 4 times as many cylinders as doors
this rule only counts for normally aspirated engines though
i make exceptions for forced induction.
ive had both a turbo 4 and turbo 5 and they are respectable..
i do own a rice-mobile though... my wifes 2001 celica gts.. stock rice though.. i refuse to mod it.. tuneups are about it..
In all fairness my Family truckster minivan is a 6. My Celebrity is only a lowely 4. They get me around. Not joy, just transportation. But when I fire up the Vette, still in the driveway, the world becomes better
