Vette(s): 1968 Corvette Roadster, 427,12.25-1 comp ratio, 582 Hp, 4 sp., 3.36, Steeroids rack and pin. pwr strg, pwr bks, serp. pulleys, 1968 (Factory) L-88 Hood, Vette Br. suspension, Both tops, MSD ign.
I bought my First Corvette when I was 33, now I am 46 and I still have that First Vette.
I still have every copy of "Vette" and "Corvette Fever" from right before I bought my first Corvette, ( a 1968 427-400,Roadster)as well.
I bought my second vette 7 years later and I still have it...How many Corvettes is too many?
How old do you have to be to really appreciate corvettes?
My eight year old son has his eyes on my 1968 convertible, I may give it to him when he turns 30.
Enjoy a life with a Corvette and enjoy life to the fullest.
Have a great day!

By the way I am glad that when I took the age survey I found out that I am not in a small niche group.

I have to put my "52" cents in this discussion. I am on my second vette. 1st one was a 69.......gone but not forgotten. Current one is a 74. As you can see I am working my way up slow but sure.

I'm 50 and my car was built in August of 68 (late 68 model). I was just getting ready to start my Freshman year in high school when this pup rolled off the assembly line.

46 yrs young and always wanted a C3 from when I first saw them as a teenager.
After many Harleys, i now have a 71 coupe (black on Black), also a 57 Caddy and 68 MGB.
As we get older our toys just get bigger and more expensive.

First vette, caught the "bug" looking at magazine on my boss's desk. Was looking for an old Jeep to restore.
Just goes to show that bosses are good for something..
