How many of you have heard of this site?  I saw it on the news the other night but it was down due to too many hits.  Check it out by typing in your address and see what your home is worth

Not all areas of the US are available yet.  They also had the incorrect number of rooms and baths for my house but when I added them in they came up really close to the appraisal we got on our home.

I checked all the properties on our street. Some are right on, some are way too low. I wonder how often they will update 60 million homes?

Cool. Has my house a little  higher than I thought it was worth. I like the feature where it shows what comprable homes have sold for. It makes me think that maybe the prices it is showing are more believable for my home. Woo Hoo!!

Your welcome, I thought it was really a cool site.  It gives you alot more info then just your homes value if you go deeper into the site.  You can compare your homes value compared to like homes in your city, county, state or even the US.

I checked my neighbors house which sold this summer for $215K and they were right on with price and date that it sold.  Its a good way to check the last time a house was sold and what it sold for

You can even upgrade your homes status and get an updated value for additions you may have made or are thinking of doing. Suposedly they use really data that the realtors use.

just an average, actually a little low for all the new construction. Probably gives new home buyers an idea of a starting point.
