hi there, Just a quick note to say hi... I am Jim, proud owner of a 1974 Dark Brown coupe with 454/thm400.  Ill be snooping around the boards once in a while tryin to gain any information I can. I been tinkering on cars since I was 13, cutting my teeth on a 1980 Monza Spyder.... that i totally restored with a hoped up Buick 231 V6 that ran VERY well.....

I am currently a aircraft mechanic in the PA Air National Guard, working on ejection seats like i have been for the last 13 years!

see you guys around, Jim

Welcome Jim:
IF you are looking for help or have a bi-zillion questions about your Vette this is absolutely the right place to get it...

I got so much help and advice that I wrote a check to become a lifetime member.. Honestly  these cars , while easy to work on, are old, and most of us have experienced just about every problem there is .. So feel free to ask
for help... and also feel free to post any solutions you came up with...

Interesting that you work on ejections seats... wish I had a working one on the passengers side a few times .. would have come in real handy...

Welcome to the forum, it's a great place to hang  out and learn about a great American Sports Car. Are you installing an ejection seat in your vette?LOL That might be something to tie into an alarm systemWink

See you around!
