Topic: How do I get notified of new responses on the forum?

Hi Everyone,
How do I get e-mail alerts or text alerts of new responses on the site? I have to check in to find out if there has been any activity. Can I get notified via e-mail? How?

Go to My profile under the My Account tab and scroll to the bottom - changes can be made there for periodic updates from the forum.

Vette(s): 1982 C3 Collectors Edition 44000 miles, sat in the sun most of its life, My wife purchased it for me for Father's Day in 2007 from her girlfriend that had it for 19 years. It is on the road again. I'm retired but it is now my daily driver.
Also there are two check boxes just below the reply box if you check the appropriate box you will be notified when someone replies or you can have message sent to by email. Never used the email check box so I have do not know how that works.

To get notices for a specific TOPIC, click on the "Watch this topic" at the upper left of the forum page, just above the first post.
For notifications on specific FORUMS, on the forums page, you should see "Watch this Forum"...click on that, and you'll get notices of any posts/threads in that forum.
To get notices of responses to your posts, click on the "Notify me by email if replies are made to this topic" at the bottm of the post box, where you type in your posts.
