According to the C3 Registry and Corvette Black Book, approximately 6.63% of all Corvettes produced in 1970 received this color. This Corvette retains its original LS5 454/390 hp motor with 500 lb.-ft torque and Compression Ratio of 10.25:1 and 45k Original Documented miles as of 2022. Factory Options include Black Leather Custom Interior, 4-Speed Close-Ratio Transmission, G81 Optional rear Axle, Rear Window Defroster, Power Brakes, Tilt-Telescopic Steering as listed on the original Corvette Order Copy/Tank Sticker. This Corvette is also listed as an EXPORT VEHICLE on the Build Sheet which I assume is due to being order through GM Overseas Distribution. The Body Build Date is E29 (May 29th) with the Official Build Date of June 1^st., 1970 indicating this Corvette was started on Friday and completed on Monday. Corvette retains its original Owners Manual and Warranty Book with protecto-o-plate.
