Thanks Karmel!
It's tough laying on you back on a cold garage floor with a wrench and a screw driver in your teeth at my age. But on those hot saturday nights when your crusing with your lady it's like you were 20 again! No pain! LOL

p.s.
Beautiful ride you have there! The color is awsome..

Welcome Carl hope you enjoy the site... another red vette.... your gonna fit right in well. We all love red!!!

hecko Carl,
I have a 76 too and interested in everyone's feedback. I have had no luck in finding a different steering wheel for our car. For some strange reason Chevy decided to put a Vega sterring wheel on the 76 Vette. When you look in all the magazines they advertise "fits all but the 76". I believe we have a different bolt pattern than the rest. This is is one of the oddities of our year.

Guys as I think of you sitting around waiting to take a spin, waiting for the snow to melt, I am heading out now with my vette keys in hand and a happy vette just waiting for a daily run in the sun, although cooler today. I can hear her now saying take me and show me to all who can see, my beauty, my eligance, my lines and I say I am hurrying as fast as I can. Oh the beauty of it all.
Gene
By th way, WELCOME RED VETTE-76, THIS IS A GREAT CLUB.gs77vet 2007-02-06 09:27:51

Gene, you really know how to hurt a guy.
Here I sit with 3" of snow on the ground just dreaming about cruising around in my baby. Oh well, have a blast for all of us poor northern folks.
