Does anyone know where I can find a new or reproduction of the shift console as shown below for a 78 Pace Car. And does it usally come with the 25th Anniversary Plate or do I have to transfer mine to the new one?

Most any of the 'mail-order' vendors would have this. You will have to transfer the date plate(s), or purchase new ones. Check with some of the sponsor vendors for this site.(Bair's, Mid-America)
Zip, Corvette Central, Paragon, all have good products. Just look around, you'll find it!
