Thanks for the welcome, I got registered to try and find out some info on my new (old) vette. I am going crazy trying to find the trim tag on my car. It is a 1971 coupe. I havee looked along all the doors and pillars, etc, but it just isn't there, can someone help me find this thing?

Thanks for the welcome all, it looks like my trim tag is missing, sooooo, I guess I have to do some REAL reaserch and try to get info by the vin. Got it running today, and after finding the numbers on the block, which match the vin
, I found it is the 270hp 350 with the factory 4speed. I am not sure which transmission it has, but the gears seem real close together, not wide apart. Anyhow, thanks again all.

Oh one question, it has the Monza, or Daytona front end, the one with the recessed headlights and covers, does anyone know anything about these? Does it make it worth more or less? Anywhere I can find the little covers since they are MIA? Thanks again all. Jeff
