I normally ask some simple questions from new guys such as a post picture, what condition is your vet in, what do you plan on doing with it and how can we  help and the one that interest me the most is how did you come to own it? 

Seems like you answer most of them on your first post.

I think you are correct that some are auto posts. I look at the auto posts as someone thought enough of new people to make sure they got a welcome and know how to use technology enough to do an auto post.  

It also sounds like you are the newer generation that actually understands computer stuff.  There are not a lot on this forum that can do that.  I'm surely not one of them.  

Another good thing about this forum that was touched on, there are some purist on the forum but they are more than tolerant with the completely custom guys and it goes the other way around also.   Everyone that I have heard on this forum basically say what they feel but also say it is your C3 do what make you feel good about it.

It is also very active forum. Only things you need to keep in mind is post on one subject on a post if you want to get the most response and keep the title descriptive. 

It must be great to be part of a multi generation that has a C3 as a family project.

Welcome, Andrew! Wow that's one nice custom Vette you have there! I'd LOVE to see it (and HEAR it) in person but you're a LONG way from me! You'll find that this is the best site on the net for C3 info and talk! Enjoy! And if you get a chance to attend  a C3VR event in your area, DO IT! I know the group we have on the East coast here is the GREATEST and I'm sure the West coast group is just as good!
