Hi Dana, Welcome to the forum. Forgive me but, since the "Cash fo clunkers" thing, it makes me feel a little uneasy to see the words "Crush" and "C3" in the same sentence

Ha-ha, absolutely understand. No, the "Crush" was arrived at by my stepsister when she and my BIL and I ordered almost identical 2006 C6s 5 yrs ago. We got DSOM convertibles, and we wanted names for the cars, so she thought of the soda "Orange Crush", which combined with our Sunset Orange verts, and their ability to... "crush" almost any stock car on the road, lol, we went with Crush1 (them) and Crush2 (me). They also have a '56, a blue "62 fuelie, a '70 MM LT-1, and the C6. I have had an '81 Corvette Red T-Top (long gone), and picked up my '72 last fall, currently finishing up some renovation and minor repairs, all original mechs and #'s, one re-paint in original WY.
Thanks to everyone for the welcome, looking forward to learning a lot and sharing the camaraderie.
No name for the C3 yet, previous owner (34 yrs) called it "GOLD72". Just call me... happy!
